PRODUCT INSTALLATION IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF FRESHHY

SHIPPING POLICY

The Vendor shall make best efforts to dispatch all orders within 6 (six) working days and have the same delivered within 3 (Three) to 5 (Five) working days after the dispatch, contingent upon the location of the delivery. Any delay in dispatch of the Product shall be communicated to the Buyer through SMS/e-mail/voice call.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY 

The Buyer should verify the Product upon its receipt.

  1. Return of Product with Cause

The Buyer shall be permitted to return a Product with manufacturing defects/ tempered packaging provided the Buyer informs about the same within 3(Three) days of delivery by getting in touch with the Customer Care service team on their e-mail id care@freshhy.co.in In case the packaging is tampered, then it is recommended that the same is not opened and should be returned in the same condition.

WARRANTY POLICY

Warranty on product is 12 months from the date of purchase of end user. However, all warranty terms and conditions are applicable as mentioned in warranty cards. Warranty Terms in Warranty Card:

  • This warranty is applicable for the first purchase and in no case, it can be transferred or extended. 
  • Repair of this product will be carried onsite basis.
  • The company or its Authorized “Service Providers” reserves the right to retain any parts of the component/s replaced at its discretion in the event of the defect being noticed in the equipment during the warranty period.
  • This warranty on the product entitles the purchaser for free of cost repairs of the unit within warranty period and it does not entitle for replacement or refund of entire unit. 
  • The Warranty is not valid for the damages resulting due to negligence, mishandling, improper use, tempering, breakage, soaking, fire, liquid damage, colour change and unauthorized repair.
  • The warranty is not valid if product is exposed to excessive moisture, temperature. Spillage of food or any other liquid and used with or connected to any accessory not fit for use with the product.

It is mandatory to register product warranty with our centralized call centre i.e., 1800 120 4575 to have periodically preventive maintenance and hassle-free service.
